By registering an account with 444bt, accessing any section of the website, or participating in any game or betting activity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 444bt and its operating partners. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific rules, form the complete agreement between you and 444bt.

To register and use 444bt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 444bt and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, software, or platform infrastructure through technical exploits, bots, or scripts.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks, reversed payments, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker-style formats.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 444bt platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 444bt's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 444bt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other formal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
